Contactless Ordering for Food Halls

Our contactless QR code ordering system is the perfect solution for food halls looking to offer their customers a safe and convenient ordering experience, while relieving the long lines and wait times that come with a busy food hall. 

Here’s how it works: 

  1. Customers scan a QR Code that’s attached to a specific table or seating area. 
  2. Guests browse the menu for all vendors in the food hall, and are able to order items from different vendors, on the same bill
  3. Our system sends the correct items to the correct vendor to start preparing.
  4. When the food is ready, the guest will receive a text message letting them know they can pick up their food. Or, a staff member can run the food and drink to the specific table or seating area.

This type of ordering flow helps vendors focus on providing great food in a timely manner, instead of taking orders manually and causing long lines, and wait times.

Hybrid Model
